is subject to agreement of the following “terms and
conditions of use” By using this site you are expressly
agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree
with these terms you agree not to utilize information on

Supplying Information to Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com:
It is agreed and understood that prior to entering any

referred to as “Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com”)
harmless for any and all events of use of Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com. You agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com from any
claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees,
made by any third party due to or arising out of your use
of Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com or breach of
this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference
or your violation of any law or the right of a third party.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com from any claim or demand, including
reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the use
of Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com and or this
information by any third parties. You understand that by
placing information on Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com,
it will become public and Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com,
its owner can not and will not regulate third party use
of such information. Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com
may remove any information that is entered on this site
that is reported to be incorrect or entered in breach of
this agreement at its sole discretion.

warranties are made as to the accuracy, correctness, availability,
authorization of the listing party to offer the property
or supply the information presented. All information is
subject to errors, omission, change, prior sale or rental
or withdrawal all without notice. You agree that Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com can not be held liable for any damages,
what so ever as may arise from the use of Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com. You further agree that any information
provided by Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com is
for illustrative purposes only and you will make your own
investigation of all information presented without liability

to use this information for the purposes intended by the
listing party. You will not copy, reproduce or distribute
in any way this information without the consent of the listing
party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com from any claim or demand, including
reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party
due to or arising out of your use of Realtypackage.com and
Realtyinvestor.com or your breach of this agreement or the
documents it incorporates by reference or your violation
of any law or the right of a third party.
Use of this site expressly does not constitute or create
any agency relationship.
No Representations or Warranties:
Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com and services provided
is offered “AS IS” and without warranty or conditions,
express or implied or statutory. Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com
expressly disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability,
fitness for any particular purpose and non-infringement.
Payment and Use:
Payment for all monthly subscription fees are to be in
US Funds paid in advance on a valid credit card. All subscription
fees will be charged to the subscriber’s credit card
on file on a thirty (30) day billing cycle. Cancellation
of service shall be made prior to monthly renewal date.
No pro ration or refund for partial month subscriptions
will be made. Subscriber’s failure to pay a monthly
subscription fee will result in suspension of subscriber’s
account and termination of use privileges.
Limit to subscribed user:
Use of Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com is limited
to the subscribed user on an individual account and entitles
the user a single non-exclusive license to use the services
offered by Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com. Multiple
users on one account are in direct violation of the license
agreement of the terms of use and subject a user’s
account to immediate suspension and termination of use of
service. Each user must have their own individual user account
and subscription to be allowed to use the services of Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com. Group service plans area available
upon request and at additional fees based upon the number
of users licenses in a specific group.
Storage of Data:
While every effort is made in a business like fashion maintain,
back up and store the data entered by users, in the event
of unforeseen system failure, if data is lost or damaged,
Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com is not liable for
damages of any kind. Upon termination of a user account
or cancellation of membership subscription by a user, Realtyinvestor.com
and Realtypackage.com will no longer store or maintain any
user data on our system.
Liability Limit:
In no event shall Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com
be liable for lost profits, special, incidental or consequential
damages from use of Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com
or services including negligence. The liability of Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com is limited to the greater, 1) the
amount you paid to Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com
over the previous 12 calendar months or 2) $50.
Arbitration:
Any claim or controversy relating to the use of Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com or services shall be settled by binding
arbitration in Hartford, Connecticut on an individual basis
and not combined or in conjunction with any claim by any
other party.
General:
This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the
laws of the State of Connecticut. Realtypackage.com and
Realtyinvestor.com does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted
service or secure access to Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com
or its services. If any provision of this agreement is held
to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be
struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings
are for reference only and in no way define this agreement.
Our failure to act on a breach by you or any third party
does not waive our right to act in accordance with this
agreement. Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com may
deny use to any third party in its sole discretion. It is
agreed that Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com will
have the right to use information supplied to Realtypackage.com
and Realtyinvestor.com for any purpose, including without
limitation publication of all or part of any information
for public display. Realtypackage.com and Realtyinvestor.com
shall have no obligation and will not resolve disputes among
third parties.
